More About Jeff

Jeff brings nearly 40 years of hospitality leadership and development experience, primarily within private club and community environments, where he developed a deep understanding of organizational leadership, member engagement, and long-range planning. Throughout his career, he has served on more than 20 professional and nonprofit boards and committees, providing him with firsthand insight into the governance and strategic challenges organizations face.

Combined with extensive study of strategic planning methodologies, this experience has led Jeff to guide multiple strategic planning initiatives—both internally within organizations and as an external consultant. Over time, his process has evolved into an efficient, stakeholder-driven approach designed specifically for donor-based nonprofits, member-based clubs, and mission-oriented organizations seeking clear priorities and broad organizational alignment.

Following his retirement from full-time executive leadership in December 2025, Jeff now focuses on helping organizations identify strategic priorities, align annual goals with long-term objectives, and build the consensus necessary for sustainable success
